Most people assume buying a car abroad means flying there, negotiating in person, and figuring out shipping on your own afterward. It doesn't have to work that way. A growing number of our clients never see the vehicle in person until it arrives in Lagos — the sourcing, purchase, inspection, and shipping all happen on their behalf.
It starts with what you already know. Some clients send us a specific listing they found on a Canadian or US marketplace and ask us to handle the purchase from there. Others just give us a budget, a make and model, and a few must-haves — mileage range, trim level, colour — and we search dealer and private listings in Canada and the USA until we find a strong match, usually presenting a shortlist within a few days.
Once you approve a vehicle, we handle the purchase directly with the seller or dealership. Before it ever reaches a container, we arrange a pre-shipment inspection with full photo documentation, so you know exactly what you're getting — this matters even more when you haven't seen the car in person.
From there, it's the same process as any shipment: the vehicle is sealed into a container at our Halifax, Montreal, or Baltimore depot, crosses the Atlantic, and clears customs at Apapa Port before final delivery to your address in Lagos. The only difference is that the hardest part — finding a trustworthy vehicle at a fair price — happened before you ever had to think about logistics.
